Smart-Content Manager (and any of its upgrade plugins) are installed in the normal way, using 'upload' in the extensions manager. We recommend that you then create a Menu Link (in the normal way) for your Front End Editors to access the component. The component will work immediately, there is nothing else to do. There are no features adjust or amend in the back end.
