Originally websites and web marketing followed a simple pattern, they echoed offline marketing. Simple websites look like brochures and have little else to offer - they are a one way communication. To compete effectively now you need to do more, much more. You need to maintain a two way (or multiple way) dialogue.
Your customers expect to be able to communicate and transact with you online, and you should be making sure that they can tell you as much as possible about what you can do for them. Understanding, engaging and involving customers on an ongoing basis is key to your success.
Your internet marketing should include your internal communications too. Your partners and your staff, should have access to everything they need, sharing data, news, views, knowledge and insight to make them more effective.

So you want to sell more?
You have the power to beat your competitors. Your global sales team is more than a match for any other....and yet you lose. Not always, but sometimes - more often than you'd like.
